Goat Yogurt Popsicles

I get our Goat Yogurt from our Farm Co-Op Buying Club.

I mix it with Cascadian Farm organic Blueberries, and Organic Strawberries, and make it a popsicle. This way- he gets his probiotics in. I am so glad that he is still eating these after two weeks. He gets tired of foods easily.

This is medicine for him. It has helped more than anything I think.

Mock cookies and cream Popsicles.

one 15 ounce can of coconut milk
1/2 cup cacao nibs
maple syrup  to taste- grade b is best

mix it all up in the blender- taste to make sure its sweet enough- you might have to add  a little filtered water

pour into popsicle molds- put in freezer about an hour- then insert popsicle sticks

wait another couple of hours and enjoy

coconut milk is so good for you- and the cacao too- it resembles cookies and cream ice-cream.
